Service Agreement (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer of individual entrepreneur ИП Шубин Федор Сергеевич (the “Provider”) to enter into a service agreement with any capable individual or legal entity (the “Client”) on the terms set out below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Provider delivers services in software development, web service creation and evolution, process automation, information security, prompt engineering and IT consulting (the “Services”), and the Client accepts and pays for the Services.

2. Conclusion of the Agreement

2.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded once the Client accepts this offer. Acceptance includes payment of an invoice or payment link issued by the Provider or explicit written consent via electronic communication.

3. Services Delivery

3.1. The specific scope, timing, and features of the Services are defined in the invoice, statement of work, brief, email thread, or any other document agreed by the parties.

3.2. Services are generally provided remotely via the Internet unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. The Service fee is determined individually and communicated to the Client before the start of work. The website states that pricing is available on request.

4.2. Payments are made by bank transfer to the Provider’s account, including via payment links generated in Modulbank.

5. Acceptance of Services

5.1. Services are considered duly rendered and accepted unless the Client sends substantiated objections within 5 (five) business days after receiving the result of the Services.

6. Liability

6.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

7. Personal Data

7.1. When entering into and performing this Agreement the Provider processes the Client’s personal data in line with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled through negotiations and, failing that, by the court at the Provider’s place of registration.
